Question:What we represent?
Answer:

Let us tell you about our name first, Emevic, the combination of the words emerge and victorious. We are not just a company or a clothing brand, we are an inspiration that uses their products to help and remind everyone on daily basis that we can all emerge victorious and we will.

Question:Who we are?
Answer:

Emevic is an e-commerce retail shop and in addition provides unique deals for the ones who like to try their chance in winning a contest, with products that are trendy and on standards of representing a person who is victorious.

Question:How can I access the website?
Answer:

Our mobile and desktop version is accessible through all platforms, and in the near future our mobile application will be launched and be availble for the ease of our customer's experience.  

Question:Can I visit Emevic?
Answer:

We are located in Dubai, UAE. Our locaiton is mentioned on our footer and we welcome any of our customers to come and visit Emevic HQ. 

Question:Do I have to create an account?
Answer:

In order to complete your purchase an account must be made and your information must be accurate. The information provided is for our customer's security and protection, and to also be able to enjoy the benefits of an account holder such as Emevicare. 

Question:How do I register an account?
Answer:

By simply clicking on the user icon on the header of the page, you will be redirected to the login/register page. Through that you will fill out the few mandatory fields and create your account. The invitation code is not mandatory and is only there when you were referred through another existing user and have been given a unique referral code. Another option available on the register is also the "Generate My Password" where instead of creating your own password a random and secure password will be sent to you, which is only accessible by you. 

Question:How do I edit my account?
Answer:

When logged in, by clicking the user icon or clicking on "My Account" on the footer of the page, you can access your account and under personal details you can make the desired changes. Please do take note that the information provided must be true and accurate. 

Question:How can I change my password?
Answer:

When logged in, you can access your account by clicking the user icon or "My Account" on the footer of the page, and you have access to the option of "change password". Note that your old password must also be typed in, in order for the process to go through. 

Question:I forgot my password!
Answer:

On the log in page you can click on the option "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions for resetting your account's password.

Question:How do I close my account?
Answer:

In order to close your account, you have to notify us in writing from your registered email and be sent to support@emevic.com. One of our team members will then assist you and have your account closed within 48 hours. 

Question:How do I participate on the Contest platform?
Answer:

To participate on the Contest Platform you must be a registered user, and you can participate by simply purchasing one or more of the products provided on our platform and a complimenatry ticket will be provided to you with your unique coupon number for each of the purchased products. 

Question:How often are the Contests and will there be more?
Answer:

More Contests will be added after every existing Contest ends, and we are always working towards providing more exciting products and prizes to our members. 

Question:What's the difference between Draw Dates and Contests End Date?
Answer:

Contest end date is either when the announced contest end date reaches and no more purchases are allowed, or when the limit of the participation has reached. The draw date of the contests are announced on each particular contest's description and it is when the draw has taken place by the supervision of DED and the winner of the draw is announced. 

Question:Will the draw happen if it ends but the limit of the participants wasn't reached?
Answer:

Yes, the Draw will happen on the date announced regardless of the number of the participants, and a winner will be chosen. 

Question:Can I participate on a single contest multiple times?
Answer:

Yes, a member can participate through multiple purchases of our contest products. 

Question:What's difference between Shop and Contest platform?
Answer:

The Contest platform has specified number of draws with limited products available for the participation of that platform. The Shop platform is our retail products of the new trendy styles provided in more variety and options. 

Question:Are there any hidden charges I should be aware of?
Answer:

There are no hidden charges while purchasing from Emevic but members should check to see if there are any transfer fees from their own bank. 

Question:Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Answer:

Yes, all product prices shown on our platforms are inclusive of 5% VAT. 

Question:What kind of currency is accepted on the Emevic Platform?
Answer:

Currently on our platform all of our prices are in AED but other currencies can be used to make the purchase, although memebers should be aware of the exchange fee. 

Question:Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Answer:

As stated by our User Agreement no purchases can be cancelled after purchase. 

Question:Can I Exchange or ask for Refund?
Answer:

A 14 day period is given to members if they wish to return or exchange the products. The product must be in original condition and with tag attatched. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund. For more information please refer to our terms and conditions

Question:Where can I pick up my product and can I send someone else to pick it up for me?
Answer:

As per our terms and conditions if the option of pick up is chosen, please allow maximum of 3 working days for your order to be prepared at Emevic HQ and you will be notified to come and pick it up from us. For the products purchased from the Contest platform the account holder is the only person that can come and collect the item, and valid identification must be provided, any other person must be eligible through Power Of Attorney (POA) to be able to pick the contest item from Emevic HQ. 

Question:How long does it take for my purchased items to be delivered to me?
Answer:

Shipping to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah will be delivered within 1 day. Shipping to Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman and Fujairah  will be delivered within +2 days. Same day delivery is also provided for Dubai only. 

Question:What are the charges for delivery?
Answer:

Shipping to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah is AED 10 for orders above AED 200 and AED 20 for orders under AED 200. Shipping to Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman and Fujairah is for AED 15 for orders above AED 200 and AED 25 for orders under AED200. Same day delivery applies only to Dubai, at a cost of AED 25 regardless of the order amount.

Question:What is EV point?
Answer:

EV Points are acquired through every purchase and can be used to purchase our products on both platforms. 

Question:How can I earn EV points?
Answer:

EV points are earned through purchase of each of our products. 

Question:Can I transfer my EV points?
Answer:

EV points are non-transferable. 

Question:Can I only use EV points to purchase a product?
Answer:

Yes, that is only possible when member has sufficient amount of EV points to make their purchase, if the amount of EV points are less than the price of the product, member must combine their points with cash to complete their purchase. 

Question:What are membership levels and how many levels do you have?
Answer:

Our membership levels are there to track and reward our customers. We have five exisitng levels. Grey, Blue, Gold, EmeVIP, and Victorious Club. 

Question:What are the benefits of the levels and how can I achieve a higher level?
Answer:

The benefits of each level increases as members are promoted. The higher the level the more percentage of purchase amounts are converted to EV points. Promotions are done automatically. The only level not accessible through promotion is our Victorious Club level that is only achieved by winning our prize draw. 

Question:How does it work?
Answer:

Our referral system is set to reward our members. If a member uses your unique referral code and makes their first purchase. You and your friend will each be rewarded 100 EV points. Note that the initial member must already have made a purchase for their referral code to be active. 

Question:Where can I pick up my prize?
Answer:

The winner of our contest draw will be notified through email. For more information please refer to our Terms and Conditons. 

Question:Is my information safe with Emevic?
Answer:

Emevic does not save any Credit Card information on its servers. Card information that is enlisted with us is put away safely through our secure online payment gateway.
